GREEN INITIATIVES

At Bryten Real Estate Partners, we are committed to making a positive impact on the planet and future generations. We recognize the importance of environmental responsibility and are actively exploring ways to reduce our carbon footprint and minimize our environmental impact.

We turn waste into welcome by recycling old community signage and banners into welcome bags with our partners at Mile High Workshop, which in turn provides employment and job training program for those facing barriers to work. Bryten continues to work toward ESG principles, by working with our clients on various initiatives as well as IREM and our local Apartment Associations to focus on environmental legislation.
